Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains the terms for subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds on the Remowtly platform. Employer accounts are subject to paid subscriptions after a free trial. Talent accounts are free.

2. Free Trial

New employer accounts receive a 7-day free trial with access to premium features, including AI vetting. No payment is required during the trial. To continue using premium features after the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan.

3. Employer Subscriptions

Employer subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the recurring subscription fee until you cancel. Fees are non-transferable.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future recurring charges. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

5. No Refunds for Partial Periods

Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused trial time, or downgrades mid-cycle. If a charge is disputed in error, contact support so we can help resolve it.

6. Talents

Talent accounts are free of charge. Since no fees are collected from talents, no refunds apply.
