1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Remowtly platform ("Remowtly," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use Remowtly. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are fraudulent or harmful.

4. Talent Accounts

Talents create profiles that may include personal information, work history, documents, and a camera-captured identity verification. By registering as a talent, you consent to your profile information being shared with employers on the platform for the purpose of recruitment and interview scheduling. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

5. Employer Accounts & Subscriptions

Employers register using a valid work or custom-domain email address. Employer accounts begin with a 7-day free trial, after which a paid subscription is required to continue using premium features. By registering as an employer, you consent to your company and contact information being shared with talents when you initiate contact. Subscription fees, billing, and cancellation terms are described in our Refund Policy.

6. AI Vetting & Scoring

Remowtly uses automated, AI-assisted tools to vet talent profiles and generate scores and summaries. These outputs are informational only and do not guarantee a candidate's suitability, qualifications, or performance. You acknowledge that AI-generated assessments may be incomplete or inaccurate, and you remain responsible for your own evaluation and hiring or application decisions.

7. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive emails from Remowtly, including account-related notices, platform updates, and relevant opportunities. You may manage email preferences from your account or by following the unsubscribe link in our emails.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by providing false information, impersonating others, harassing users, scraping or reselling data, attempting to bypass usage limits, or interfering with the platform's operation. We may take action against accounts that engage in prohibited conduct.

9. Intellectual Property

The Remowtly platform, including its branding, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant us a limited license to use it to operate the platform and provide our services.

10. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any talent will be hired or any role will be filled. You use the platform at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remowtly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any hiring or employment decisions made in reliance on our services.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
